We are a team made up of real estate investors ourselves, and pride ourselves as strategic thought leaders and innovators in our local real estate market and the property management community. Chris Middlebrooks, President of Lighthouse Property Management and Realty, has been a long-time, successful Real Estate Investor in the local Jacksonville market, with over 50 doors in his personal portfolio managed by Lighthouse. With a diverse background of real estate ventures including a vast number of successful house flips, Chris has developed a strong network of complementary contractors, real estate professionals, finance professionals, and local business leaders, and he brings all of that knowledge and relational resource to the table for the benefit of our clients.
Chris is a generous leader, a guy who will give you the shirt off his own back, and over the years, he has accumulated a loyal collection of industry friends and satisfied customers. Chris graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Real Estate, and has been a full time Real Estate Professional ever since.

Blake Henderson, Partner, Client Services, is a customer-focused servant leader with many years of executive-facing relationship management experience across a wide range of industries. Blake has a background as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser, a facilities maintenance business owner, and many years of customer service and Vacation Rental Host experience. He is a VRBO Premier Host, a 13x Airbnb SuperHost, an Airbnb Plus home host, and an Airbnb Ambassador - a select group of top-performing SuperHosts who are chosen to help new hosts get started in their Airbnb hosting journey.
For the last 10 years, Blake has also worked in the emerging technology product world, supporting some of the most disruptive technology companies in the world in their human capital initiatives. His main role with Lighthouse Property Management and Realty is to provide world class customer experiences for our clients, and help to oversee the Lighthouse Building Services and Lighthouse Vacation Rental business divisions within the company.

- James Stewartis the secret sauce that brings the Lighthouse Property Management and Realty sandwich together. What can we say? This guy does everything. He handles all field work, does move-in and move-out property evaluations, does all photography for rental listings, facilitates our utilities management for vacant properties, coordinates with vendors and suppliers, and generally anything else that the job calls for. He has a background in Banking from his previous life, and his passion for Real Estate led him to join the team at Lighthouse Property Management and Realty as he is also pursuing his real estate investment journey with us.

- Nicole Williamsis the front line support point of contact for all tenant interactions at Lighthouse Property Management and Realty. She manages the office, and provides high touch customer service for tenants throughout their time with Lighthouse Property Management and Realty. Nicole helps to guide new tenants through the onboarding and move in process, and she manages the tenant maintenance request pipeline, ensuring every tenant has a positive experience and successful repair in a timely manner.
